Overeaters Anonymous
Overeaters Anonymous (OA) is an international fellowship that offers a program of recovery for individuals who struggle with compulsive eating and food-related behaviors. Modeled after the Twelve-Step program of Alcoholics Anonymous, OA provides a supportive community where members can share their experiences and work toward achieving and maintaining healthy relationships with food. The organization welcomes people of all ages, genders, and backgrounds who have a desire to stop eating compulsively. OA's resources include meetings, literature, and tools to help members in their recovery journey. By fostering a compassionate and non-judgmental environment, OA aims to help individuals attain physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
