This advance notice allows us to optimize our appointment schedule and offer available slots to those in need of timely care. We recognize that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and responsive healthcare environment. 

To streamline our administrative processes and provide a seamless experience for our patients, our psychiatry office requires all patients to keep an active credit card on file. This information is securely stored and is only used for billing purposes, ensuring a convenient and efficient payment process for our services. Billing-related matters will be handled with discretion and in compliance with privacy regulations. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining updated payment details, allowing us to focus on providing you with the highest quality mental health care without unnecessary administrative disruptions

Our psychiatry office does not directly accept insurance. However, we understand the importance of potential reimbursement for our clients. Therefore, all clients are given a 'super-bill'—a detailed itemized invoice that includes all necessary information—for clients to submit to their insurance providers. It's essential to note that there is no guarantee of reimbursement, and the process is handled between the client and their insurance provider. We strive to assist our clients in navigating the complexities of insurance reimbursement and are available to provide any necessary documentation or support to facilitate the submission process.

In the event that a client is experiencing an emergency or finds themselves in a crisis situation, it is imperative to seek a higher level of care promptly. Your safety and well-being are our utmost priorities. We strongly advise reaching out for immediate assistance by calling 911 or proceeding to the nearest emergency room. These resources are equipped to provide timely and specialized care during crisis situations
