BILLING
To streamline our administrative processes and provide a seamless experience for our patients, our office requires all patients to keep an active credit card on file.
This information is securely stored and is only used for billing purposes, ensuring a convenient and efficient payment process for our services.
Billing-related matters will be handled with discretion and in compliance with privacy regulations.

IN NETWORK INSURANCE
Our office does NOT directly accept insurance. However, we understand the importance of potential reimbursement for our clients. Therefore, all clients are given a 'SuperBill'—a detailed itemized invoice that includes all necessary information—for clients to personally submit to their insurance providers.
Please note that there is NO guarantee of reimbursement, and the process is handled between the client and their insurance provider.
We strive to assist our clients in navigating the complexities of insurance reimbursement and are available to provide any necessary documentation or support to facilitate the submission process.
In the event that a client is experiencing an emergency or finds themselves/others in a crisis situation, it is iIMPERATIVE to seek an urgent level of care immediately.
