Why Choose Private Practice Over Insurance?

  1. Personalized Care:

    • Private practices often provide a more personalized and patient-centered approach, allowing for longer appointment times and a focus on individualized treatment plans tailored to your specific needs.

  2. Prompt Access to Care:

    • Private practices typically offer quicker access to appointments, reducing wait times compared to some insurance-based providers. This ensures more immediate attention to your mental health concerns.

  3. Extended Appointment Times:

    • Private practice psychiatrists often allocate more time per appointment, allowing for in-depth discussions and a thorough exploration of your mental health concerns. This extended time fosters a stronger therapeutic relationship.

  4. Flexibility and Convenience:

    • Private practices may offer greater flexibility in appointment scheduling, including evening hours. This flexibility caters to the diverse schedules and preferences of patients.

    • Private practitioners often have more autonomy in choosing treatment modalities, allowing for a holistic approach that may include therapy, lifestyle adjustments, and medication management, based on the individual's needs.
